About
The Bio-Engineering Systems for Therapeutics (BEST) postdoc programme in Basel was jointly created by the ETH Zurich Department of Biosystems Science and Engineering (D-BSSE) and Roche to develop and advance bioengineering for translational medicine and to develop potential therapeutics. Co-supervised by experts from both partners, BEST postdoctoral fellows work on research projects that reflect urgent medical needs in gene-, cell- and organoid-based therapies and biodata sciences. Having access to the campuses and facilities at both Basel-based partners, research projects range on average between two and three years and fellows benefit from a wide range of training experiences, networking opportunities and career guidance.
